Manufacturing
Valambrun products are manufactured in Thonon-les-Bains in Haute-Savoie in our laboratory.
Valambrun Cosmétiques products are available on our website and at the Saly Savons boutique: 10 quater, route de l’Europe 74200 Thonon-les-Bains. We are open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Valambrun is a selection of natural raw materials, taken with care and respect. We favor French, even European, biosourced ingredients and even from our alpine regions. The raw materials that make up our products are carefully chosen. Nothing is left to chance in order to offer you the best possible result.
Organic butters and oils, totally natural fruits or fruit and vegetable powders, remarkable essential oils… Our status as an organic-labeled cosmetic brand is imminent.
We are committed to producing all-natural cosmetics, based on organic ingredients, formulated without palm oil and without any product derived from synthetic petrochemicals (without endocrine disruptors, without parabens).
Absolutely not. Moreover, animal testing for cosmetic products and their ingredients is prohibited within the European Union.
Yes: our products do not contain animal materials.
Conservation
You can store them preferably in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Our cosmetics have a shelf life of 6 months, except for face and body oils, for which the shelf life is 12 months.
The oils
Of first quality, our range of care oils meets the needs of all consumers.
Composed of first pressure vegetable oils of biological origin and essential oils for some of them, they nourish and bring comfort and elasticity to all skin types.
The dry oil does not leave a greasy film. It can be used in ‘working girl’ mode after the shower, for hair, face and body. no greasy film. It absorbs quickly and has a neutral smell so you can continue putting on your usual perfume.
It is composed of jojoba, apricot, rosehip and borage oils which are fluid, non-comedogenic oils for the hair and face. Just spread it in your hands and then apply it.
Face Care
The Balance Cream is ideal for skin with imperfections.
The Essential Fluid offers an effective action to fight against the dryness of the skin.
With its anti-ageing action, Renewal Cream is ideal for mature skin.
Body Care
On the face, hands or feet, applying Crème Doudou has a long-lasting effect. This cold cream restores the protective barrier of the skin and therefore improves its defenses against the cold of the winter season. Adapted to the needs of the whole family, young and old, it is made up of natural and organic ingredients, such as linden hydrosol, renowned for its soothing properties against feelings of tightness or itching, or silk protein which makes the skin deliciously soft and silky. This intense nourishing cream is undoubtedly one of our winter favourites.

Packaging
All Valambrun products are stored in antibacterial bottles and jars, made of high quality violet glass, ideal for storing cosmetics and infinitely recyclable. This glass, made up of a mixture of mineral oxides and silica, has exceptional properties, acting as a natural light filter by absorbing UV and infrared rays, making it possible to increase the shelf life of products and even to enhance their effectiveness.
We apply a positive instruction in our points of sale: when you bring back your bottle, you benefit from a reduction for your next purchase.
Valambrun candles are melted in mouth-blown glass by French craftsmen (Verrerie de Biot).
Our 'green' packages
To protect the products in your packages, we use degradable cornstarch flo-pak particles. They are made from renewable resources and break down in water, leaving no toxic waste (which does not affect groundwater).

Then enter your email address and choose a password. Click on the “I create my account” button.
Then, you just have to fill in the account creation form with your personal details and click on the “Validate” button.
Click on the link: “Forgot password” on the account login page and enter your email address in the window that appears.
You will then receive an email to reset your password.
Orders
and deliveries
As soon as you have placed your order, you can follow its progress in your “My account” section “Orders“.
- Home delivery: the average delivery time is 4 to 5 working days with La Poste.
- Delivery to a relay point: The delivery time to a relay point is also 4 to 5 working days.
Click and collect, or in-store collection, corresponds to the fact of ordering online and then collecting your package directly in store. When you confirm your order, select “click and collect” in the shipping method.
The click and collect will be done directly at the Saly Savons boutique: 10 Quater, Rue De L’Europe in Thonon.
