Shipping and delivery of your Valambrun products
Packages are shipped within 48 hours (working days) after receipt of your payment.
After receipt of your order, shipping will take place within 3 to 4 working days.
The shipping method offered: Classic (Colissimo), Express (Chronopost or UPS), relay point (Colissimo or Mondial Relais) or Click and Collect at the Saly Savage store, located at 10 Quater, Rue De L’Europe 74200 Thonon .
We offer pick-up point delivery to make everyone aware of a more eco-responsible delivery method, in order to limit the pollution generated during delivery.
If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us.
Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
An eco-responsible packaging policy
We are committed to offering other consumption perspectives that are more respectful of the environment and our health.
That’s why, to protect the products in your packages, we use biodegradable cornstarch flo-pak particles. They come from renewable resources and decompose in water leaving no toxic waste (which does not affect the water table).
We mainly use second-hand boxes to send our orders.
The packaging is clean, without secondary packaging. Our products are contained in recyclable, antibacterial bottles and jars, made of high quality violet glass, ideal for storing cosmetics and infinitely recyclable. This glass, made up of a mixture of mineral oxides and silica, has exceptional properties, acting as a natural light filter by absorbing UV and infrared rays, making it possible to increase the shelf life of products and even to enhance their effectiveness.
We apply a positive instruction in our points of sale: when you bring back your bottle, you benefit from a reduction on your next purchase.
